Timing your activities is critical for your marketing success. By tuning your activities at the right time it saves you money PLUS magnifies your “effectiveness”. Integrating the online and offline is one of the success keys.

Plan and track your marketing effectiveness with this one simple tool. Modify the activities list on the left column to suit YOUR business.

Instructions for use.
Follow these instructions for use of the Excel file.

  1. Check the dates in the top of the excel file for the period you are reporting or tracking. (Alter as necessary)
  2. Fill in the colour matching your planned activities during the year.
  3. Complete the activity and then change the cells to Black AFTER the event is completed.
  4. Summarise your weekly activated by adding the number of black cells in each column and place the number in the Total activities per week Row. (Weekly example 5, 3, 7, 4)
  5. Total this as your activities for the month and fill this in the “total activities per month” section. (Example 19 activities)

The total activities per month is your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for your business marketing section.

Last step is to report these activities per month to your marketing advisor.
